When this blog was started I had two rowdy boys who never sat still. I tried to keep them busy with crayons and a coloring book. Yah, right. The crayons disappeared and were discovered months later, half melted in one of the heating vents. Since then we have added a daughter to the mix. And yes, she will sit down and color!

Ladies Man
I don't know what I'm going to do with Torii. More than a few times a day I hear him say he likes girls. Of every show he watches he has to tell me how he likes girls. "I don't like Max," he'll say, "I like Ruby." When he watches Scooby-Doo he has to tell me how he only likes Daphne, no one else. I let him buy a new Scooby-Doo movie the other day. The one he picked out didn't have Daphne in it so he decided he didn't want that one, he had to pick another one. I asked him if he liked Velma because she was a girl and after all she was the smart one. No, he likes Daphne. In fact it seems he likes redheads. Last summer we went to a wedding dance for my childhood neighbor. His sister was there and danced with Torii. From that instant Torii had a crush. He watched her all night. He wouldn't even dance with me. When he sees the shirt he wore that night, he will grab it and wear it and tell me about the dance and how he danced with his Andi.
